We want you to understand the types of information we collect when you register for and use our Services.
Your Account Information. When you create an AI Sport Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your contact information such as email address, name, mobile number, profile picture, nickname and a password. A mobile number is necessary because we may send a text message via SMS to the mobile number you provide, as part of our ongoing efforts to detect and deter unauthorised or fraudulent use of or abuse of our Services. We may also use your registered mobile number to provide you important information about our Services. Upon creating an AI Sport Account, we will require access to your address book, camera, photo album, microphone, location information, fingerprint and face ID information of your login device via AI Sport App. You can refuse to allow access but you may not be able to enjoy some of our Services.
Your Messages. We do not retain your messages with other AI Sport users in the ordinary course of providing in-app chat services to you. Once your messages (including your chats, photos, videos, voice messages, files, and share location information) are delivered, they are deleted from our servers. Your messages are stored on your own device. If a message cannot be delivered immediately (for example, if you are offline), we may keep it on our servers for up to 30 days as we try to deliver it. If a message is still undelivered after 30 days, we delete it. We also offer end-to-end encryption for in-app chats by default. End-to-end encryption means that your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third-parties from reading them.
To comply with global industry regulatory standards including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF), AI Sport requires user accounts to undergo user identity authentication that entails collecting formal identification.
Service Usage Information. Through your use of our Services, we also monitor and collect tracking information related to usage such as access date & time, log files, device identifiers, operating system, browser information including type and language settings, mobile network information including mobile number, cookie data and IP address. We collect device location information if you use our location features, such as when you choose to share your location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you, and the like, and for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with our app’s location features. The above information may be directly obtained by AI Sport or through third-party services and is necessary as part of our ongoing efforts to detect and deter unauthorised or fraudulent use of, or abuse of, our Services, as well as to provide you with customised options, and optimise the AI Sport Service for your device.
Transaction Information. For all AI Sport accounts, we collect transaction information including deposit records, account balances, transaction history, withdrawals, user activity and distribution history. This transaction data is monitored for suspicious transaction activity for user fraud protection, and legal case resolution. If you pay for our Services, we may receive information and confirmations, such as payment receipts, including from app stores or other third parties processing your payment.
We receive information other people provide us, which may include information about you. For example, when other users you know use our Services, they may provide your mobile number from their mobile address book (just as you may provide theirs), or they may send you a message, send messages to groups to which you belong, or call you.
We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services. For example, we work with companies to distribute our apps, provide our infrastructure, delivery, and other systems, supply map and places information, process payments, help us understand how people use our Services, and market our Services. These providers may provide us information about you in certain circumstances; for example, app stores may provide us reports to help us diagnose and fix service issues.
We allow you to use our Services in connection with third-party services. If you use our Services with such third-party services, we may receive information about you from them; for example, if you use the share button on a news service to share a news article with your contacts, groups, or broadcast lists on our Services, or if you choose to access our Services through a mobile carrier’s or device provider’s promotion our Services. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.

We use the information collected to deliver our Services and verify user identity. We use the IP address and unique identifiers stored in your device’s cookies to help us authenticate your identity and provide our service. Given our legal obligations and system requirements, we cannot provide you with services without data like identification, contact information and transaction-related information.
We may collect, use, preserve, and share your information if we have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond pursuant to applicable law or regulations, to legal process, or to government requests; (b) enforce our Terms and any other applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations; (c) detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, AI Sport, or others.
We actively measure and analyse data to understand how our Services are used. This review activity is conducted by our operations team to continually improve our platform’s performance and to resolve issues with the user experience. We continuously monitor our systems’ activity information and communications with users to look for and quickly fix problems.
We use personal information collected, like an email address to interact with users directly when providing customer support on a ticket or to keep you informed on log-ins, transactions, and security. Without processing your personal information for confirming each communication, we will not be able to respond to your submitted requests, questions and inquiries. All direct communications are kept confidential and reviewed internally for accuracy.
You share your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services.
Your mobile number, profile name and photo, online status and status message may be available to anyone who uses our Services, although you can configure your privacy settings to manage certain information available to other users.
Users with whom you communicate may store or re-share your information (including your mobile number or messages) with others on and off our Services. You can use your services settings and the block feature in our Services to manage the users with whom you communicate and certain information you share.
We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support, and market our Services. When we share information with third-party providers, we require them to use your information in accordance with our instructions and terms or with express permission from you.
When you use third-party services that are integrated with our Services, they may receive information about what you share with them. For example, if you use a data backup service integrated with our Services (such as iCloud or Google Drive), they will receive information about what you share with them. If you interact with a third-party service linked through our Services, you may be providing information directly to such third party. Please note that when you use third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those services.
AI Sport has implemented a number of security measures to ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered, however it is impossible to guarantee 100% secure transmission of data over the Internet nor method of electronic storage. As such, we request that you understand the responsibility to independently take safety precautions to protect your own personal information. If you suspect that your personal information has been compromised, especially account and/or password information, please change your password immediately and contact our customer service.
